Halloween is here — and for many parents and caregivers, it’s the spookiest day of the year (and not because of ghosts!).

Combine:

🧃 12 parts sugar
⚡ 4 parts overexcitement
😅 2 parts “I AM calm!”

Mix it all together, and you’ve got one powerful Halloween brew. The good news? The spell breaks at midnight, and the family memories last forever.

Wishing all caregivers a magical, sugar-filled day … and maybe a secret candy stash just for you.

Happy Halloween from our team!
