After 10 years in accounting for organizations of various sizes, I have finally set out on my own and create my side hustle - The Yinzer Accountant!
I plan to offer bookkeeping and related services to small and medium businesses including accounting cleanups, reconciliation projects, financial analysis and consulting. My target area is the Pittsburgh region, but I open to working with businesses across the U.S.!
I am beginning this business as an experienced accountant, not starting off fresh brand new after taking a few bookkeeping courses. I am a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Pennsylvania, and a Certified Fraud Examiner. My strongest experience is working with retail stores; however, I have experience working with non-profits and financial services. Regardless of your industry, I work hard to understand your business, your strengths, and your weaknesses. I am experienced with the use of Quickbooks Online. I am Pittsburgh born and raised, and I've lived here for my entire life! I am a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh as an undergraduate and received my MBA with a focus in business analytics from PennWest University. I serve on the board of Brookline Together, volunteer grants manager for Humane Action Pittsburgh, and I volunteer at Kitty Queen Cat Rescue and foster cats through Merlin's Safe Haven Cat Rescue.
