We are keeping a close eye on the pending government shutdown and the upcoming 2024 extension deadline of October 15th. We imagine this will have some sort of impact on filing and/or potential refunds, should the shutdown last a certain amount of days.

For those with a partnership or S Corporation on extension for tax year 2024, you have 8 days remaining to submit your filing. The deadline is September 15th.
