We have some wonderful news to share—and it's about someone many of you know well!

Lauren Jiorle, our Director of Client Services & Operations, has been honored with the Client Advocate Award at Osaic's Service Excellence Staff Symposium. This award recognizes professionals who consistently put clients first, ensure exceptional follow-through, and serve as a trusted bridge between clients, advisors, and operations.

If you've ever worked with Lauren—whether she guided you through opening a new account, tracked down an answer for you, or welcomed you at one of our client events—you already know why she won. Lauren joined our firm as an intern in 2016 and has grown into the heart of our client experience. Her dedication to making every interaction smooth, clear, and personal is something we see every day, and we're thrilled to see it recognized.

Please join us in congratulating Lauren on this well-deserved honor. Feel free to send her a note—we know she'd love to hear from you.

👉 Get to know our team!

If you have ever called our office or walked into our historic office building, you were most likely greeted by Cherill! Cherill is our Chief Administrative Manager, but that only tells half the story. She is also a Certified Medicaid Planner and was a former paralegal, which allows her to help clients with matters related to Medicaid and other estate planning matters. The bottom line: Cherill gets stuff done!

Outside of work, she is a mom, a wife, a sister, and a daughter! Her family is important to her, and she is always planning fun events and vacations for her family. Fun fact: Cherill played soccer for a good part of her life and was a member of the varsity soccer team in high school for 4 years!

Thank you, Cherill, for everything you do—you rock! 😀
