Arcesium was recently recognized for two gold awards at the Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards 2022, also known as the "Academy Awards of Human Capital Management." We were winners in the category of "Best Results of a Learning Program" for our skill empowerment program. Through this program, we trained over 40 employees who went on to automate more than 40 functional processes.

In the category of "Best Unique or Innovative Learning and Development Program," we were awarded for our productivity lead journey. This holistically approached program aimed to achieve excellence in productivity through the use of multiple learning elements to facilitate habit building.

Arcesium recently held its first "Power Pitch" event, an internal initiative designed to inspire collaboration, promote ideation, and challenge participants to deliver a compelling pitch in 90 seconds.

Forty-five employees formed 13 teams across four locations. Each team presented an innovative idea to refine an existing Arcesium product or bring a new offering to the market in alignment with our mission to "Power the Entire Investment Lifecycle."

The participants pitched to a panel of senior leaders, and, after a great day of ideas and presentations, four teams took the top honors.

Arcesium India recently partnered with Potential Project to design and facilitate a unique, productivity-focused program for senior management called "Mindgrow: Productivity Leap for Leadership."

The custom, 12-week program was developed to improve focus levels, reduce stress, and enhance productivity using multiple learning formats, including masterclasses with industry experts, mental gym sessions, and technology to bring in behavioral change. The sessions throughout the program covered various topics, each intended to focus on holistic growth - both personal and professional.

At Arcesium, community service is always at the forefront of our minds. Throughout our history, Arcesium's corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives have spanned across a broad range of themes, including environmental sustainability, natural disaster relief, and fighting hunger.

Arcesium India's CSR theme for 2022 is "Service to Marginalized Communities." Our efforts this year began in conjunction with , so we focused on Women's Wellness to support underprivileged women who are a part of the NGO a Difference.

We conducted a series of employee-driven workshops to educate each other on women's rights and access to resources, mental health and fitness, and nutrition through superfoods. We're proud to share that a total of 35 women from Make a Difference and 75 Arcesium employees benefitted from our Women's Wellness initiative.

Arcesium India is hosting "Women's Week," a weeklong series of initiatives to celebrate .

Kicking off this year's theme of , we welcomed Geetha Kannan, CEO and Founder of , to speak on "How to Unlock Your Potential." Other activities included a Pay-it-Forward Appreciation Challenge aimed at reaching every woman across the organization and meetups at each of our India office locations to brainstorm on how to attract and retain female talent.

Gender diversity and inclusion are essential at Arcesium, and this week is just the start of how we plan to champion women's professional excellence in 2022.

We are elated to share that Arcesium has been honored at the 2022 Excellence in Practice Awards, hosted annually by Association for Talent Development - ATD!

Each year, ATD recognizes organizations for demonstrating excellence in practice across different categories. This year, Arcesium won in the Learning & Development category for our bespoke intervention program: "FinOp User Empowerment." The program was designed using three frameworks developed in-house by the Talent Development team at Arcesium India. It offers a comprehensive solution for employees with no coding background to use Python to create development tools that automate internal processes.

Arcesium continues its global expansion, opening a new office in Delhi NCR. The new location will initially staff over 300 employees and is expected to triple to 1000 within the next two years. Arcesium Delhi marks the firm’s third office in India and fifth worldwide.

Arcesium hosted its Annual Hackathon event this weekend! This year's theme was "Data Science and Machine Learning," a topic that is also a key focus area for Arcesium.

We welcomed 330 participants across our global offices, and the 105 diverse teams competed to build out the best idea. The Hackathon's 24 hours of virtual collaboration were punctuated with fun activities and mini-competitions to keep the creativity flowing.

We're looking forward to sharing the top hacks from the event once the final results have been announced. We wish all our Hackers the best of luck!
