Queremos que todos nuestros clientes sepan que desde el comienzo de la pandemia de COVID-19, Reyes Family Tax Service ha estado trabajando diligentemente para encontrar formas seguras de continuar brindando nuestros servicios vitales durante estos tiempos difíciles y desafiantes. La seguridad de nuestros clientes es nuestra prioridad número uno. Por esta razón, este año volveremos a abrir para dar la bienvenida a nuestros clientes nuevos y existentes a la oficina de acuerdo con las "GUÍAS PROVISIONALES PARA EL TRABAJO EN LA OFICINA DURANTE EL COVID" del Departamento de Salud del Estado de Nueva York. -19 EMERGENCIA DE SALUD PÚBLICA ”.

Nuestro equipo está listo para reservar citas, ya que ya no podremos acomodar visitas sin cita previa. La capacidad de nuestra sala de espera estará limitada a 6 personas a la vez, y solo se permitirá una persona por turno en la recepción a la vez. Las personas que necesiten recoger o firmar documentos deben coordinarse con uno de los miembros de nuestro equipo de antemano para mantener la capacidad de la oficina y permitir una distancia social adecuada. Se requerirán máscaras en todo momento a la llegada.

Entendemos que, dadas las circunstancias, puede decidir que una cita en el consultorio no es lo mejor para usted, en cuyo caso, le recomendamos que comparta sus documentos con nosotros de forma segura por fax o en línea por correo electrónico. También le instamos a que lo haga tan pronto como sus documentos estén disponibles, ya que anticipamos un gran volumen de comunicaciones. Además, ofrecemos servicios de entrega de documentos puerta a puerta por una tarifa adicional.

Season’s greetings and best wishes for a healthy, and prosperous 2021! We want all our customers to know that since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, Reyes Family Tax Service has been working diligently towards finding safe ways to continue providing our vital services throughout these hard and challenging times. The safety of our clients is our number one priority. For this reason, this year we will be reopening to welcoming our new and existing clients back to the office in accordance with NYS Department of Health’s “INTERIM GUIDANCE FOR OFFICE-BASED WORK DURING THE COVID-19 PUBLIC HEALTH EMERGENCY”.

Our team is standing by to book appointments as we will no longer be able to accommodate walk-ins without one. Our waiting room capacity will be limited to 6 people at a time, and only one person, per turn, will be allowed at the front desk at a time. Individuals needing to pick up or sign documents must coordinate with one of our team members beforehand in order to maintain the office’s capacity and allow for proper social distance. Masks will be required at all times upon arrival.

We understand that given the circumstances you may decide that an office appointment is not in your best interest, in which case, we recommend that you share your documents with us securely via fax, or online via email. We also urge you to do so as soon as your documents are available to you as we are anticipating a high volume in communication. In addition, we offer door-to-door document delivery services for an additional fee.
