Hey Sellers! it's been awhile!

First of all, let's start with the updates!

Better check both the 'Buyer Seller Messages' and 'Manage Your Orders' page for Buyer Requested Cancellations.

Why? Amazon is rolling out a new Buyer Cancellation Experience. This has been a long requested feature (to put the cancellation requests in the Manage Your Orders page) and they're finally testing it! Hopefully it's fully migrated, or we have the option to see them on both pages!
