None of the parts are glued to us. We can shed away the parts that no longer serve us or who we want to be.

This morning dancing in the sky in Times Square at 7am I felt so much gratitude for being able to be present and without needing anything to make me feel the moment more….I was in the moment dancing with other human beings who were also having the same experience.

I love living through experiences. Whether if it’s dancing at sunrise or going out into the world and exploring somewhere new…all of it lights my soul on fire and I’m here for it.

People underestimate the power of female energy
