As a Nole Financial Sales Rep, you will be given the tools to build rapport with the clients that we provide for you through our extensive lead generation. Our Reps are motivated by challenge and not afraid of a client’s objections. They use compassion and persuasion skills to qualify prospects, show the prospect programs/quotes that are in the best for their business’s financial needs. They provide outstanding service and demonstrate the value in a business partnership with our organization. Their goal is to convert prospects; develop long term, loyal relationships; build their “book” and make MONEY!
We are offering a $1000 signing bonus (paid after 90 days of continuous employment with us).
