Sometimes you can’t read to deep into things and you have to attack with a super simple approach.

#1 Don’t try to get rich overnight, be realistic and start small. Small wins add up.

#2 Make some simple rules and stick to it for 30 days , be super strict with this and treat things as if it were a life and death situation. Remove all grey areas aka excuses.

#3 adapt your focus on how much you have to lose rather that what you can gain. Risk management keeps you in the game .
