If you want to be able to step away from a business, you have to work ON the business. Focus on learning/developing how the business can function and stay profitable.

That way when it’s time for you to step away, you have a system you can delegated to others to keep it going without you.

We ended up buying the space for Fat Tuesday because we found use for the additional space. We knew we would be able to utilize the area to make more money and come out with higher profits in the long game.

50k is plenty to get started with. It’s about saving and knowing the practical steps.
