THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE SHOULD MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENT

•An appropriate postgraduate qualification in Personal Assistant, Public Management, Business Commeciy law or Social science majority in Development studio.
•Must have least 5+ years experience (prove)
•Must posses writing, well spoken and analytical skills.
•Have good interpersonal skills.
•Must possess good business acumen and good decision making qualities
•Good and affective communication skills.

KEY PERORMANCE AREA
•Co-determine with the board & drive the strategy direction of institutions.
•Must have vast knowledge and skills of strategic planning and Organisation development models to provide overall strategic management and leadership of institutions.
•Must have an excellent knowledge of the national legislation and policy framework.
•Should have a workable knowledge of the Public Financial Management Act to and strict adherence to financial policies and statutory requirements
•Provide and maintain executive responsibilities for financial management operations and general accounting.
•Must have a proven record of human resources management.
•Must be able to provide basic legal advice and solutions to contractual and operate disputes.
•Must be able to provide a dynamic interface between BSA,it's licenses stakeholders.
•Must be able to design, develop and implement a performance management system for staff and the institution
•Must be able to operationalize, resources and implement Board decision at time.
