Controller Job! Great opportunity for experienced Controller to join thriving Commercial Real Estate Investment Company based in South Bay area. Controller candidate must be a strong professional with experience in the commercial real estate industry. Controller will supervise a small team including staff accountants. Responsibilities include standard Controller duties including accounting and financial reporting, budgeting, reconciliations and reviewing partnership tax returns. Ability to work with financing for acquisitions & re-financing maturing mortgages a strong plus must be able to read and fully understand legal contracts and loan agreements.

Controller salary range $140-$155,000 per year based on experience, plus excellent benefits including 100% health care premiums paid by the employer, 401(k) and standard vacation & holiday benefits.
