As some of your may know, Bank of America manages the EDD accounts for unemployed Californians. Lately, there are valid criticisms of the bank's treatment of these accounts. I highly recommend that, regardless of this controversy, if you have a separate bank account, that you should transfer these funds out of the BofA account and into your own personal bank account.
