Now that i am home from my amazing birthday trip to east Tennessee(thank you to those who made it possible), its time to get back to work. I love a clean design wall... what are you working on?

As one chapter ends, another begins. I am still processing the emotions. Today was my last day as a soldier. For more than half of my adult life (25 years) I have been a serviceman.
Now onto the next chapter, I have received my long arm as a Handi Quilter Influencer. I look forward to where this journey takes me.

I spent a few days teaching the jacket class at and had a great time. The transformation of some of these quilts leave you with your mouth open. We'll done ladies and gentlemen. (Trying to figure out if a certain student was bored, or that relaxed). Regardless, it was fun. Thank you Sewing studio for having me, its not just a place, its where you get treated like family.

Have you ever wanted to go on retreat and see all the shenanigans? Here is your chance. CREATIVE PASSIONS IN CHESANING MICHIGAN The first 10 people to call and pay for Dec 4 to 6th with an extra night on the front side for $30.... I may even be speed cutting your fabric, should one find its way into your bag. Open retreat, sew what you want, food plan to be determined at a later date. Games and adventures too. It doesn't look cleaned up, but its much better than it was. Now to get some projects done, so it will be inspiring and not overwhelming. (Abe, Qov, t shirt quilt, betsy ross flag, notepad covers, thread catchers, 4 customer quilts, scrap management). What does your room look like today?
