CAS Bookkeeping

Reliable bookkeeping without the confusion - I make your finances clear, accurate, and simple. Hi, I’m Cassie—the heart behind CAS Bookkeeping.

I’m a wife, mom of two who found my professional passion in bookkeeping. From East Texas to anywhere in the U.S., I help business owners simplify their books so they can stress less and focus on what matters most.

Tax season doesn't start in January.

It starts with the decisions you're making TODAY.

Myth: "My business isn't big enough for a bookkeeper."

Truth: The smaller your business, the more important every dollar becomes.

Good financial habits don't start when you're successful.

They're part of what helps you become successful.

Always enjoy hearing from Stephen Kelling, aka the Profit Ninja, with Thrive Strategy Group! 🥷

Stephen was our featured speaker this week at BNI – Tyler Connections and shared more about how he helps business owners get their businesses on track through strategy, coaching, and actually implementing the things that will move the business forward.

But one of my favorite things about Stephen is his heart for small business owners. He truly believes entrepreneurs are the heart and light of our community, and you can tell that helping them succeed is about so much more to him than numbers on a spreadsheet.

Running a business can be hard, and sometimes you need someone outside of it to help you see what’s keeping you stuck and figure out what to do next. That’s where Stephen shines.

Thanks for sharing with us, Stephen! 💛

Your business isn't failing…

Your business might actually be growing faster than your systems can handle.

That's where bookkeeping starts making a huge difference.

Hi, I'm Cassie, and I can help you get on track!

Bookkeeping doesn't look exciting…

But this is where overwhelmed business owners get peace of mind.

And I love every minute of it!

If you have said one of these things this week:

“I'll update QuickBooks next week.”

“I think I made money on that job.”

“I'll just put that under 'miscellaneous'.”

Let's talk. 😉

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ “It's all so clear now.”

One of my favorite things a client has ever said after getting caught up. This is why I do what I do!

Another great BNI – Tyler Connections meeting! 🙌

This week, I got the chance to hear from Derek Jones with Legacy Mortgage Group and learn more about what he does to help people navigate the mortgage process at the weekly BNI - Tyler Connections meeting.

Buying a home is a BIG decision, and there are so many questions that come along with financing it. Having someone you know and trust who can walk you through your options and help you understand the process makes such a difference.

That’s one of the things I continue to love about BNI. Every week I’m getting to know more local professionals and learning exactly who I can confidently send my friends, family, and clients to when they need help.

Thanks for sharing with us, Derek!

“I'll hire a bookkeeper once my business gets bigger.”

Actually…

Most businesses grow because they got their numbers under control... not the other way around.

If this is you, let's chat. It's free to set a consultation with me.

Just send me a DM!

I didn't become a bookkeeper because I love spreadsheets.

I became one because I love helping business owners stop stressing over money.

And you're next...
