Touronimo attended the USA/Canada Lions Leadership Forum 2026 conference last week to get everyone excited about what’s coming next - City of Huntsville, Alabama - Government in 2027!

We can’t wait to roll out the red carpet, show off the Rocket City, and give our Lions Club guests a big dose of true Southern hospitality!

Huntsville, get ready. The Lions are coming! 🦁🚀

One thing we've learned in corporate event planning: December dates are about as rare as a snow day in Alabama. ❄️

That's why we thought we'd share that a large event space in Huntsville has unexpectedly become available December 3rd and 4th! 🎉

Your holiday party may already be booked (and if so, CONGRATULATIONS on being ahead of the game!). But if you're STILL looking for space, have outgrown your original venue, or know someone who is scrambling to find a location, send us a message. We might be the answer to your problem! 😉

YES, we do the holiday parties.

But we also do this.

🍕 Pizza-making
🎵 Live music
🎯 Games
🤝 Team connection

Because culture isn’t a once-a-year event.

It’s something you build all year long.

Innovation comes in many forms. What happens when you introduce visiting innovators to the people creating the culture, community, and quality of life that make Huntsville thrive?

Over the past two months, Touronimo has had the privilege of hosting a defense technology accelerator through a series of experiences designed to showcase the very best of our community.

From iconic venues to downtown stories with local history to great food, w**e, and meaningful conversations, we introduced these visitors to the founders, entrepreneurs, and community builders who are helping shape Huntsville's future.

I've always believed that the most memorable part of any destination isn't the attractions. It's the people. The stories. The passion. The willingness to share what you've learned and why you've chosen to build something here.

Thank you to the local founders, business owners, and community leaders who opened their doors and shared their experiences. You helped tell the story of Huntsville in a way no brochure ever could.

This is my favorite part of what we do -creating connections and sharing the heart of Huntsville. ❤️

This week we stopped by to drop off some sweet treats for the hotel teams who have been right alongside us on the 2026 UCI Paracycling World Championships. 🍩

When you're coordinating room blocks for national teams from dozens of countries, a lot has to go right behind the scenes. 💼

These partners have shown up every step of the way flexible, communicative, and genuinely invested in making this event a success!

A special thank you to the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber for partnering with us to make this happen. It's been a privilege to represent City of Huntsville on a world stage alongside an organization that's so deeply invested in this city. 🥰

We’re officially SOLD OUT for our first Scene to Table experience, where food and drinks are served in sync with the movie featuring Grease, is officially full. 🎬

Thank you so much for the excitement, support, and willingness to try something new with us.

This was created as a test, and because of the response, we’ll be opening up additional dates soon.

Keep an eye out… more to come 👀
