The 1st day of advances there will be ALOT of submissions and may cause some delay. I want to make sure that you are ready for me to just hit send on that day (if you are wanting it done early) After I’m done with yours I will reach out to go over your return, due diligence questions and go over supporting documents. After that you will have to E-sign. These steps must be completed prior to submission.
