Base pay is $15.00/hourly plus commission which allows for opportunity to increase income

Tax 2 U is a tax preparation, accounting, and bookkeeping service business. Tax 2 U is a true firm of the future; offering our services via live virtual assistance, in person, or mobile.

Responsibilities
• Answer inbound calls from prospective clients to schedule appointments
• Place outbound calls to new leads, schedule client appointments, make appointment confirmation calls, and contact any client for rescheduling appointments.
• Coordinate client appointments for tax preparers on the daily calendar
• Resolve scheduling conflicts
• Answer the telephone promptly and direct /routes calls as needed

Qualifications
• Preferred individual has great phone etiquette
• 1-2 years of telephone sales and/or working on the phone with customers/clients
• Ability to enter client data into multiple systems, use a multi-line phone, computer, fax, and copier
• Strong computer, data entry and keyboarding skills
• Must have strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to prioritize task
• Bilingual (fluent Spanish) is a preferred
• Time management skills are a MUST
• H.S. diploma or G.E.D certificate
