📍 As Of Date: 3/02

Here’s what that usually means during PATH season 👇🏽

✨ Processing Date 2/23 – That’s the internal batch cycle your return is in. It does not mean that’s your deposit date. It’s just when the IRS system processed it in their queue.

✨ As Of 3/02 – This is the system update/interest calculation date. When this date moves forward, that’s a good sign your return is actively moving through the system.

If you claimed:
• EITC
• ACTC
• Or both

The PATH Act holds those refunds until mid-February every year. Once that hold lifts, transcripts with processing dates like 2/23 typically see:

💵 Deposits the last week of February
💵 Or the first few days of March

Now let’s decode the codes 🧾

• 846 → Refund issued 🎊
• 150 → Return posted
• 766 / 768 → Credits applied

If you don’t see 846 yet but your dates look like this?

You’re not behind.
You’re not stuck.
You’re in that “any minute now” phase 😌⏳

We completely understand wanting to hurry and file — life doesn’t pause just because it’s tax season. However, filing before all required forms are received can delay your return or cause issues later.

📬 Most remaining tax forms should be delivered by Saturday, January 31st.
Please be patient and wait until everything is in hand before submitting your documents.

Commonly missed (but very important) forms:
• Additional or corrected W-2s
• 1098-T (tuition statements)
• 1095-A (Marketplace insurance)
• UPDATED IP PIN — must be for tax year 2026

If you received a refund advance, please remember it will be deducted once your federal refund is released.

Returns that fall under the PATH Act typically begin receiving IRS updates in mid-February.

Deposit dates will be communicated as soon as they are provided by the IRS.

❌ Treasury offsets (tax refund seizures)
