📢QuickBooks Payroll Users – Big Update Coming July 1, 2026

QuickBooks Online Payroll will soon automatically pay and file all payroll taxes – no more manual submissions! This update is designed to make payroll easier, faster, and more accurate.

Here’s what you need to know:
✅ Manual tax payments will no longer be required.
✅Automated taxes can’t be turned off.
✅ QuickBooks will handle FUTA withdrawals and other payroll taxes automatically.

Action Steps:
❗️Already set up the payroll taxes? An admin must acknowledge the update by June 30, 2026.
❗️Not set up yet? Complete your tax set up in Payroll Overview before July 1st to avoid payroll interruptions.

This is how we get ready for tax season!

February 3rd marked the 20th anniversary of Reynolds & Assoc!! We are incredibly grateful for everyone who has helped us reach this point, and we are looking forward to many more incredible years to come. A Special thanks to our team for helping celebrate this amazing day!

We will be closed the 25th and 26th of next week so that our team can enjoy this precious time to be with their families and loved ones.
