Who would have ever imagined that a little girl who came to America as a refugee from Ethiopia would be living the American dream in real time!
I am so incredibly honored to be a recipient of the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award. I love helping people in my community by sharing my gifts and talents so that they too may realize their dreams. I just did not think that I would need an award to celebrate my impact in the community. However, to be recognized is a very humbling experience. List Of Documents You May Need:
• IRS Notice 1444-A (letter sent with stimulus payment) should be kept with
other tax documents to be used in preparing and filing your 2021 taxes.

Make sure your employers for 2021 have your current address•••••••••••••••••••••••••Make sure you/ spouse have a valid DL/ID, you/spouse and your
dependents social security cards

1099s if applicable
•••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••If filing with dependents, the IRS requires you to provide a document with
the dependents name and address proving proof of residency

this form to file
