We wanted to provide a brief update on the status of our office. An unprecedented ice/snow storm swept through Texas on Sunday night and into Monday morning causing a record-breaking drain on the energy grid. Subsequently, our office and all of our employees have been partially or completely out of power and running water since Sunday evening. The loss of power has also caused the cell towers to fail which has knocked out service for our cell phones for much of this period as well. At this time, all of our employees are safe but we do not anticipate being able to return to the office this week.

We hope all of our clients in Texas are staying safe and warm during this challenging time. If you need immediate assistance, the best option is to text Jim (713-498-8849) or Travis (281-782-6038) and we will try to respond as promptly as possible.
