What was your gross margin %?
How healthy is your balance sheet?
2. Deep dive into the numbers, and use these results to set your 2022 GOALS
3. For every goal, there is a plan to achieve it. What action is required to meet your goal?
4. The only way to know if you have achieved a goal, is if you have a method to measure your progress. Aligning metrics with your goals creates clarity.
5. Nothing to it but to do it. Attack those goals!
