I have followed Dr. Livingood for years and by applying his advice to my daily regime I live in a very healthy body !!!

Arthritis is caused by inflammation. Because I read my labels and I'm selective about what goes into my shopping cart ... I do not have arthritis. I don't care how "good" it taste, if it doesn't serve my body, I don't buy it. Toxins = additives, preservatives, artificial, etc.

AND in today's market, you don't have to give up things you want to eat. Just pick a quality product vs the ordinary junk that takes up most of our grocery store shelves !!! If we ALL boycott, they will get the message and only manufacturer quality that promotes health instead of making us sick.
