School Choice CPA & Associates is seeking an experienced Senior Audit Manager to join our growing team.

This position will lead audit, assurance, and compliance engagements for private schools, charter schools, churches, and education-based organizations. We are looking for a strong audit professional who can manage engagements, review workpapers, oversee staff, communicate with clients, and help ensure timely completion of audit and assurance projects.

Qualifications:

✔ CPA license required
✔ 5+ years of public accounting or audit experience preferred
✔ Strong knowledge of GAAP and audit standards
✔ Experience managing audit engagements and staff
✔ School, nonprofit, church, or education-sector experience is a plus
✔ Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

Florida Ranked 2nd Highest in 2026 EdChoice Friedman Index

The 2026 EdChoice Friedman Index measures how much real access families have to private K–12 school choice across the U.S. by evaluating states on eligibility, flexibility of funding use, and funding parity with public schools. The report finds that while school choice programs are rapidly expanding, many states still fall short of true “universal choice,” with only a few—like Arizona and Florida—ranking highly, and no state fully meeting all criteria for maximum access and funding equity.
