FAQ: 2025 update
1. Do you take appointments?
Answer: We do not take appointments from January to April. We are walk in only. Please come on in during our business hours at your convenience. We have 11 tax preparers to assist you.
2. Are you taking new clients?
Answer: Yes! We are always welcoming new clients. Please bring a copy of your last year’s tax return with you! This helps us build a history and we need your prior year’s adjusted gross income in order to file electronically.
3. Can I just drop off my information?
Answer: We do accept drop offs for returning clients. If it is your first year with us, we need to build your history. We only accept drop offs until March 31st.
Also something to note: Our clients waiting to see a tax preparer are prioritized before a dropped off tax return, so drop offs are usually done during slow times and after hours and could take up to 3 weeks to be completed.
4. What are your fees?
Answer: In order to keep our fees low, we charge by forms used to complete the tax return. Each individual tax return is unique to that individual, so without sitting with a preparer and having all of the information, we can not do an estimate over the phone.
5. Are you all family?
Answer: Out of the 17 current employees, 11 of us are family. And the 6 who are not, have become family. Just ask, we love to tell our story.
