I was doing some touchup tax stuff and just wanted to ask you service b people this question -
Are these fees (transmit especially) a little escalated?? And if you are one of the greedy service be.. you do not have to respond

Happy POST EASTER colleagues...Have any of you ever noticed that sometimes TAXSLAYER has a "faulty " calculation? I see sometimes it won't fully calculate when changes are made even after I hit REFRESH.
What do you all do to handle this "glitch?"

OK COLLEAGUES, IF A CLIENT OWES $40,000+ ARREARS, WILL THE PREPARER STILL GET THEIR EFILE, PREP AND AUXILIARY FEES? Or should I count on not seeing ANY of these fees chile?!

Today I Bonded 3 People Out of the Fulton County Jail for $85 Each There’s a Georgia law that allows you to bond three people out of jail per year, and today I used that opportunity to help three people who simply couldn’t afford to get out. These were nonviolent offenses, the kinds of minor charges where people often remain in jail not because they’re a danger, but because they’re poor. Think about this: It costs Fulton County taxpayers about $115 per day per inmate to keep someone in jail. Yet there are people sitting in jail on $50, $85, or other bonds under $100 simply because they don’t have the money. Does that make any sense? I’m not talking about people who are harming others or committing serious crimes. I’m talking about petty, nonviolent offenses, things like jaywalking, disorderly conduct, and other small charges. So today I did my part. I helped three people get out in 2026, just like I did in 2025. It’s a small step, but it’s one way to help while we work toward addressing the larger jail overpopulation crisis in Fulton County.
