Hail the Mighty Harambee Stars! You have done our country really proud.
To our jirani, pole sana. Now you know better!

Today, Harambee Stars have written yet another chapter of resilience and determination in our footballing journey with a hard-fought 1–0 victory over Zambia. This triumph is more than a scoreline — it is a testament to discipline, teamwork, and the unyielding Kenyan spirit.
Let us stand united in applauding our players, the technical bench, and the fans whose voices echoed across the stadium. Victories like these remind us that when we rally together as a nation, the impossible bends to possibility.
Congratulations, Harambee Stars. The nation salutes you!

Grateful for the warm welcome in Meru today, hosted by PNU leader Hon. Peter Munya and other local leaders.
We had meaningful conversations about unity, service, and the kind of leadership our country needs. Thank you, Meru, for the hospitality and inspiration.

The tragedy of governance is not in the absence of promises, but in the calculated betrayal of them. Kenya Kwanza rose to power on the wings of lofty pledges — job creation, economic revitalization, structural empowerment. Yet, instead of systemic change, we witness the reduction of “empowerment” to token handouts, a theatre of generosity meant to pacify rather than transform.
Such spectacles insult the collective intelligence of a nation that is now awake, informed, and unwilling to be dazzled by crumbs. True empowerment builds capacity; it does not buy consent. This is not leadership — it is survival politics masquerading as benevolence.
History will record who built a future and who merely bought a moment!

Against all odds and with the heart of lions, our ten-man Harambee Stars have done what many thought impossible — conquering Morocco with grit, discipline, and unyielding spirit.
This was not just football; it was a masterclass in resilience, where every tackle, every sprint, and every bead of sweat spoke of a nation’s pride.
Today, Kenya did not just win a match — we etched a statement into African football history.
Bravo, Stars. The nation salutes you!

As Harambee Stars face Morocco—arguably their sternest test yet—we stand united in belief.
Resilience is woven into our national fabric, and today, it shall rise to meet the challenge. All the best, Stars!

Last evening, the tragedy at Mamboleo roundabout robbed families of loved ones and left others battling for recovery.
We grieve with the bereaved and stand with the injured. This is a stark reminder that preventable loss of life on our roads is a national failure.
Authorities must urgently investigate, redesign, and enforce measures at this blackspot—because inaction is complicity.

Wazee hukumbuka.
Because memories are the only place time dares not steal.
They return unannounced— soft, intact, and untouched by the noise of now.
In the quiet corners of the mind, they bloom—
not to remind us of what was lost,
but of what was once beautifully lived!

Today, as a proud Kenyan, I watched with deep admiration the extraordinary unity our nation displayed in rallying behind the Harambee Stars. Beyond the football pitch, this moment speaks volumes about who we are when we choose togetherness over division.
The spontaneous harmony, shared purpose, and collective pride we witnessed is not just a show of patriotism—it is a model for nation-building. Imagine the Kenya we could create if we channeled this same spirit into our daily lives, our politics, and our progress.
Let today remind us: unity is not an event, it is a choice. Let's make it a daily choice!

As I had predicted on my earlier post, kudos to the Harambee Stars for their impressive 1-0 win over Congo in the CHAN 2024 opener at Kasarani
A brilliant start to the tournament!
