The numbers in this graphic matter, especially if prescription costs are a big part of your healthcare expenses.

But here's what I want my Medicare clients to remember:

Don't choose a plan based on one benefit or one number. Look at the whole picture.

Your doctors. Your prescriptions. Your pharmacy. Your costs. Your benefits. Your needs.

People tell me all the time that Medicare's alphabet is confusing. Here's the simple version:

🏥 A = Hospital — inpatient hospital care and certain other services.

🩺 B = Medical — doctors, outpatient care, preventive services and certain medical equipment.

🛡️ C = Medicare Advantage — private Medicare plans providing your Part A & B benefits, often with Part D and additional benefits.

💊 D = Prescription Drugs — helps cover your medications.

Domestic violence isn't always visible, and it isn't always physical. Sometimes one of the most important things we can do is simply listen, believe and support someone without judgment.
