The Extended Due Date for Business tax returns is Tuesday, September 15th. If you own a business, file a Form 1065 (Partnership) or 1120-S (S-Corporation) based on a calendar year-end, and filed an extension back in March — you have 2 WEEKS to file your 2025 business returns timely. If you have not yet provided ATLAS with all the necessary information to complete your 2025 returns, please do so as soon as possible.

Don't get caught short - late returns are subject to penalties and interest from the IRS and state. 😯

Does your organization receive federal funding? It may be subject to additional audit and compliance requirements. ✍

The Single Audit requirements can be confusing, particularly with the recent increase in the federal expenditure threshold from $750,000 to $1 million for fiscal years beginning on or after October 1, 2024.

🗒️ NOTE: The threshold is based on federal awards expended, not simply the amount awarded or received. Even organizations below the threshold must still follow applicable federal award requirements and maintain supporting records.

Our partners were honored to work with Allan Koltin, CEO of Koltin Consulting Group, and Colleen Ferrary, CEO of Peak Fractional Leadership & Advisory Group. ⭐ Their engaging workshops provided outside perspectives and new approaches, spurred dynamic discussions, provided inspiration and excitement, and helped our partners align on our vision for the future. We are incredibly grateful for Allan’s and Colleen’s guidance and expertise; their thoughtful insights made a lasting impact on our team. ☺️

Who says Field Day is just for kids? ☀️😎

Each year, the ATLAS Cincinnati team turns a typical afternoon at the office into a team lunch and friendly competition at the park. 🌳🥪 Director, Tracey Grafe shared, "It's one of our favorite traditions because it gives us a chance to connect, laugh, and enjoy time together outside of work."

From water bottle flipping and co****le to relay races 🏃 and pickleball, this year's field day was one for the books! The winning team earned the ultimate prize: 🎯 delivering whipped cream "pies" to the faces of their losing teammates. 🥧😅

Special shout-out to Partner, Tyler Scott for bringing his childhood Field Day memories to life and creating an opportunity for our Cincinnati team to connect, recharge, and have fun together. 🙌
