Common questions I hear from people looking at our industry:
"Do I have to have a finance degree?" 📈
"Is this a corporate job where I am required to be in office 9-5?" 🏢
"I'm bad at math and numbers-- I don't know if I can be successful here!" ✍️
I have a Vocal Music Education degree, and made a successful transition to the finance industry. Training, licensing, and mentorship have all been essential to my growth as I learn and develop.
I have the autonomy to create a schedule that works best for me. Most of my time is spent with clients, so whether that's a Zoom call working from home, an in-person meeting at our office, or working out of a coffee shop, I enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid schedule.
Characteristics such as active listening, empathy, critical thinking, and relationship building are key for success in this role. You don't have to be a mathematician!
My team is hiring! If you're curious about making a career change, let's have a conversation. With transferrable skills and a supportive team, there is a massive opportunity to be successful here.
