🍂 Happy First Day of Fall! 🍂

As the weather begins to change, here’s one important date to add to your fall calendar: October 15 is the final filing deadline for 2025 individual tax returns on extension! This includes returns reporting single-member LLC or sole proprietor activity on Schedule C.

If your return is still outstanding, now is the time to make sure all of your documents have been turned in. October 15 will be here before we know it!

Sometimes the best surprises are the ones you forgot were coming. ❤️

Last night we took the kids to the Fisher Fair and I finally got to meet Raquel from Keke’s in person. What I didn't know was that she had literally just received the co-branded RedFire cups that day!

One of my favorite parts of owning RedFire is getting to support fellow small business owners, not just as their CPA, but as a member of this community. Thank you for letting RedFire be a small part of Keke's summer!

P.S. I never post selfies on social media, so that should tell you just how excited I was! And the cherry limeade was amazing, 10/10 recommend! 🍒🍋

Happy 4th of July! 🇺🇸

I'm thankful for the freedom to build a business I love, serve incredible clients and still make time for what matters most: family, friends and community.

Whether you're spending the day at a parade, grilling in the backyard, watching fireworks or simply enjoying a slower pace, I hope you have a safe, relaxing and memorable Independence Day.

One of the most impactful parts of the evening is hearing firsthand from scholarship recipients whose lives, careers, and futures were changed because someone chose to invest in them.

We took a social media sabbatical as we wrapped up the April tax deadline, took a moment to catch our breath and we’re finding our rhythm again! (Don’t worry, tax returns definitely never stopped around here!)

Yesterday we found a beautiful co-working space while we were in Bloomington for the day. It was a perfect space for productivity, Zoom calls and focused inbox time in. Grateful for small businesses that create spaces like this for other small businesses. Thank you HIVE 309!
