Today, we celebrate Bob Burns and his retirement after four decades with TVF.

As program director for our classic & vinyl fabrics, Bob has been a steady presence and a deep well of product knowledge. His comprehensive understanding of textiles and how customers use them — built over years of experience — has helped shape the foundation our customers and teammates rely on today.

Bob has navigated industry changes, evolving product lines, and countless challenges over the years, all while sharing what he’s learned along the way. His calm willingness to pass along knowledge and connect with others has influenced generations of teammates.

Beyond the work, Bob has also been a great friend to many — someone people could talk to, learn from, and grow alongside.

Bob’s presence and expertise will be missed significantly.

Today, we celebrate Connie Rentschler and her retirement after 15 years with TVF.

As a purchasing coordinator, Connie has played a vital role in keeping our supply chain operations steady and programs moving forward. Through shifting demands, evolving global forces, and everyday challenges, Connie’s consistency and adaptability have been a hallmark as our team has grown.

Resilience has always been a word Connie uses to describe TVF, and it’s a quality she embodies herself. Whether supporting our vendor partnerships or navigating change, she has approached her work with persistence and commitment to our customers.

Connie’s impact has extended beyond operations. During her six years on the Ownership & Engagement Board, a select group that helps strengthen our employee-ownership culture, Connie has strengthened connections and fostered countless happy memories throughout the organization.
