It's time for another Employee Spotlight! 🔦

Luke Brautigam is an Assurance Manager who serves clients in the nonprofit and affordable housing industries. One way he is Helping Others Thrive is through his involvement at Midtown Community Church, where he and his wife serve as leaders of the college student group.

Since the beginning of 2024, Luke and his wife have dedicated their time to supporting college students during a pivotal season of life. Through their leadership, they help create opportunities for students to build meaningful relationships, find encouragement, and develop a strong sense of community.

For Luke, this work allows him to invest in others and make a positive impact close to home. When asked why he continues to volunteer, he shares, “Because my faith is central to my life; serving through my local church has become one of the most meaningful ways I can care for my neighbors, build genuine community, and invest in things that have eternal significance.”

Kelly Arce is a Tax Administrator in our Philadelphia office, and one way she is living out our mission of Helping Others Thrive is through her longstanding support of women, families, and communities in need.

Over the years, Kelly has organized clothing swaps benefiting women's shelters, worked with her national sorority to raise awareness of violence against women, and continues to help younger women create similar initiatives that foster connection and sisterhood.

Her dedication to service has also extended beyond her local community. Following Hurricane Maria, Kelly and her mother helped lead a large donation effort for Puerto Rico, coordinating the collection, shipment, and direct delivery of essential supplies to families in need.

Today, she continues looking for ways to make a difference in Philadelphia, including exploring book drives and fundraising efforts to expand access to little free libraries and reading resources in underserved neighborhoods.
