After five months in retrograde, Pluto begins moving forward in Aquarius this week, bringing one of the year's most significant astrological turning points. Pluto governs the transformations that change the course of our lives, including the difficult experiences that force us to reconsider what we believe we deserve. Its return to direct motion carries a powerful message: the circumstances that shaped your past do not have to determine the possibilities available to your future.

You can become so accustomed to fighting for your life to get better that you forget what it feels like to simply enjoy it. Even when circumstances improve, a part of you can remain convinced that happiness is temporary, that good things will eventually be taken away, that you have to earn every beautiful experience through some kind of hardship first. The hardest part of leaving a difficult era behind is learning to trust that the years ahead are allowed to be different. You are allowed to have a life that feels good without having to suffer for it.

As Pluto moves forward, consider what you would choose if you genuinely believed the hardest years were behind you. How much more love would you welcome? How much bigger would you allow your dreams to become? How differently would you approach the future if you stopped expecting it to resemble your past? You have already proven that you can make it through the life you were given. Now you have the opportunity to create a life you are genuinely excited to wake up to. There is so much more waiting for you than another opportunity to prove how strong you are.

When a soul crosses over, there is a moment many people describe as a life review. But I want you to understand what that really means.

It isn’t a courtroom. It isn’t punishment. It isn’t Spirit standing over your loved one, listing every mistake they ever made.

The life review is seeing life from a higher perspective : with greater understanding, compassion, and love.

Souls begin to recognize the moments that mattered most: the kindness they offered, the people they helped, the laughter they shared, the love they gave and received. They also understand the pain they caused and the pain they carried, but not through shame. Through awareness. Through healing.

And this is the part I want you to hold onto today: your loved ones in Spirit now understand the things you haven’t been able to forgive yourself for.

They understand the conversation you wish you had handled differently. The call you didn’t make. The moment you weren’t there. The words you said while you were hurting. They see the whole story now : not just one chapter.

From that higher perspective, love becomes clearer. Intentions become clearer. They know your heart.

Your loved one is not holding onto the worst moment between you. They are connected to the love that existed underneath it all.

Still near. Still aware. Still connected.
