This is what it looks like when community keeps showing up. 💛

More partners.
More support.
More impact.

As more logos come in, we’re reminded—this wasn’t done alone.

Community Care Connect was built through collaboration, generosity, and people who care enough to show up and be part of something bigger.

If you don’t see your logo yet, don’t worry—we’re still updating and honoring everyone who stood with us.

We’re growing this. Together.

Some people miss class.
Some people stay quiet.
Some people go without.
Not because they want to…
but because they don’t have what they need.
Tomorrow, we change that—together.

Come through. Or share this with someone who needs it.

🌸 Calling Our Community! 🌸

We’re adding something special for the kids at Community Care Connect — a Spring / Easter Trunk Hop! 🐣🚗

We’re looking for a few amazing people willing to decorate their trunk and pass out candy or small goodies to help create a fun experience for children and families attending the event.

It’s a simple way to:

Bath time looks peaceful… until it isn’t.
Going live to talk real bath safety for kids and caregivers—what we overlook, what actually matters, and how to reduce risk without fear.
Joining me is Nurse Lo, DNP-S, bringing the clinical lens in plain language.
