PALS Atlanta - Pets Are Loving Support's monthly drag queen bingo has a twist this month/September, and not just b/c it’s on a different Tuesday (b/c of the Labor Day Holiday)!

Bingo on Tues, Sept. 15, at LIPS Atlanta is a turnabout show (https://www.palsatlanta.org/events/turnabout-show/); that is, a role-reversal in which the PALS drag queens will host, “call the balls” (ahem), and otherwise support…board members and volunteers who will be taking their turn at drag - the good, the bad…and the fabulous!

For my part, it will be the one and only time you’ll see me in drag, puttin’ out for you…performing “When You’re Good to Mama” from Chicago. (And you’ll appreciate the name we’ve given my version of Mama Morton.)

And it’s a *perfect* month for me to make a fool of myself on stage (for the best of causes!) because is sponsoring PALS Bingo for this month/September.

Bring your (cash!) ones, fives, tens, and…because all turnabout performer tips go to PALS. (Our bail will be taken care of via private funds.)

My plan: play some, rest some…and, because I’m me & because real estate happens when it happens, probably move a little real estate business forward, too.

But I’ll also pause to honor what Labor Day is really about - the generations of workers whose hard work helped build and strengthen our communities. Let's not forget the sometimes-invisible workplace guardrails & standards we take for granted were hard-won by the labor movement.

I’ll be especially thankful for something I never take for granted: I get to make my living doing work I genuinely love, right here in .
