⚠️OWE OVER $10K AND OR NEED TO FILE BACK TAXES READ THIS ⚠️
When it comes to filing back tax returns, I help people and business owners that are grossing over $2,500 a month (before taxes) apply for the IRS Fresh Start Initiative.
⚠️We are a team of licensed tax professionals who can assist you⚠️
Through the IRS Fresh Start Initiative, you are able to access programs in 2024, such as:
• Offer In Compromise
• The First Time Penalty Abatement
• The Non-Collectible
• The Streamlined I.A
Some eligible clients are already saving $40,000 in back taxes using the Fresh Start Initiative.
What’s more, the statute of limitations means that many of them are only required to file for 3 years instead of 5.
Message me for free so that we can determine whether or not you are eligible for the IRS Fresh Start Initiative.
** Unfortunately, those that owe under $10K and have no tax returns to file do not qualify for the IRS Fresh Start Initiative Programs**

The Employee Retention Credit
•
The IRS has been overwhelmed with claims for the Employee Retention Credit from the COVID years and has announced that it has placed a moratorium (delay) on processing further claims for the credit through at least Dec. 31, 2023, until it can process its backlog of claims and try to identify what it considers to be improper claims for the credit. ^irs.gov

WASHINGTON — As part of a larger effort to protect small businesses and organizations from scams, the Internal Revenue Service today announced the details of a special withdrawal process to help those who filed an Employee Retention Credit (ERC) claim and are concerned about its accuracy.
This new withdrawal option allows certain employers that filed an ERC claim but have not yet received a refund to withdraw their submission and avoid future repayment, interest and penalties. Employers that submitted an ERC claim that's still being processed can withdraw their claim and avoid the possibility of getting a refund for which they're ineligible. ~ irs.gov
