Stepping into the world of MDRT has been a journey of two sides – there are days I sit humbly as a mentee, soaking in every bit of wisdom from those who’ve paved the way. Then there are moments I stand as a speaker, passing on what I’ve learned, hoping to light someone else’s path forward.

Throughout it all, I’m surrounded by the best in the financial services profession – each one a testament to what it means to truly succeed.

And that success isn’t just about personal gains. MDRT’s founding principle says it all: “To receive, individuals must give.” It’s a philosophy that runs deep – true achievement comes when we unselfishly share our knowledge, experiences, and time, lifting up our entire industry together.

This is one of the most inspiring individuals I’ve come across in the MDRT community.
