The morale of me sharing my story is to emphasize that you will never be out of options, as long as you are willing to work smart and hard.

Juggling school and full-time work is no easy feat but can be extremely rewarding. @ Singapore

Education is great, but school is not the only place to achieve that.

Learning can be done anytime and anywhere, especially with the help of the internet.

Rethink your intentions to pursue a degree if it's just solely for the certification, especially if you're unsure about being able to finance your educational journey. 💻 @ Singapore

This is going to sound super cliche and annoying but honestly, being grateful for what you have is really important.

Your journey to reach your finance goals will be a lonely and difficult one.

Trust me, I know. I always had this thought that it was super unfair how I saw everyone on social media living their best lives while I scrimped and saved lol. 😒

The world can be a sh*tty place and the vicious cycle of poverty is one that seems almost impossible to break.

When I was 18, I longed to be 21 and I felt invincible when I finally turned 21.

But, at age 22, it suddenly dawned on me that I was an adult and I needed to start adulting.

I felt like I didn't know anything about managing my finances but I knew I wanted to achieve a goal of mine - To order anything at a restaurant without looking at the price 🧐

If you're struggling to adult like me, don't fret. Start by setting small goals for yourselves. It's never too late to start and trust me, these small goals stack up. @ Singapore
