Key is really about maintaining healthy lifestyles in the form of balanced diet and regular exercises.
It is also suggested to go for regular healthscreening (preferably with your family/regular GP), especially when you are 40 years and older.
Solutions to safeguard yourself will include
1. H&S insurance plan aka Health Insurance - to cover for treatments like surgeries, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, etc.
