📢 Important Update for Businesses in Saudi Arabia!

Under the Nitaqat Saudization program, the minimum monthly salary for a Saudi employee to be counted as one full employee for Saudization purposes is SAR 5,000.

⏳ Implementation Period: Employers should prepare to comply within the specified six-month period.

📈 Upcoming Change:The minimum salary is expected to increase to SAR 6,000 after one year, according to the announcement.

🏢 Businesses are encouraged to review their salary structures, workforce planning, and Saudization status to prepare for the changes.
