The ATL surcharge has been revised in the Federal Budget 2026–27 as follows:

For individuals, the surcharge has been increased from Rs. 1,000 to Rs. 25,000.

For AOPs, the surcharge has been increased from Rs. 10,000–50,000

For companies, the surcharge has been increased from Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 100,000.
