2: 📄𝑾.𝑷. 𝑵𝒐. 48545/2024 - 𝑶𝒓𝒅𝒆𝒓 𝒐𝒇 𝑳𝒂𝒉𝒐𝒓𝒆 𝑯𝒊𝒈𝒉 𝑪𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒕, 𝑳𝒂𝒉𝒐𝒓𝒆 𝑫𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒅 15-08-2024.

Late filer taxpayers who have filed returns for the last three tax years within the stipulated time will be exempted from additional tax. ⚖️On the direction of Hon'ble Lahore High Court, Lahore the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has accepted the position of the taxpayer.
