ایف بی آر کا ڈیجیٹل کریک ڈاؤن: جعلی انوائسز میں ملوث افراد کی تلاش کیلئے آئی پی ایڈریسز کی چھان بین کا آغاز

وفاقی بورڈ آف ریونیو نے سیلز ٹیکس فراڈ میں ملوث جعلی کمپنیوں اور اَن دیکھے مجرموں کی نشاندہی کے لیے ایک غیر معمولی اور بھرپور ڈیجیٹل کریک ڈاؤن کا آغاز کر دیا ہے۔ اس مہم کے تحت انٹرنیٹ پر فائل کی گئی مشتبہ سیلز ٹیکس ریٹرنز کے پیچھے استعمال ہونے والے آئی پی ایڈریسز کو ٹریس کیا جا رہا ہے، تاکہ فراڈ میں ملوث افراد کو بے نقاب کیا جا سکے۔

باوثوق ذرائع کے مطابق ایف بی آر کو یہ غیر معمولی اختیارات فنانس ایکٹ 2025 کے ذریعے دیے گئے ہیں

*اجلاس کو بریفنگ میں بتایا گیا کہ ڈیجیٹل انوائسنگ، ای-بلٹی، سادہ ٹیکس ریٹرنز، اے آئی پر مبنی اسیسمنٹ سسٹم اور سینٹرل کمانڈ اینڈ کنٹرول سینٹر کے قیام پر پیش رفت جاری ہے۔ بتایا گیا کہ کمانڈ اینڈ کنٹرول یونٹ کے لیے بولی کا عمل جلد مکمل کر لیا جائے گا، جبکہ ستمبر تک اس کی مکمل فعالیت کا ہدف مقرر کیا گیا ہے تاکہ مرکزی سطح پر ڈیٹا تک رسائی اور فیصلہ سازی ممکن ہو سکے۔*

*اے آئی سسٹم کے تحت تاجر شپ کے پہنچنے سے پہلے ایڈوانس گڈز ڈکلیئریشن (اے جی ڈی) جمع کرا سکیں گے، جس سے محصولات اور ٹیکس پر استثنا ملے گا۔ اس نظام کے تحت اے جی ڈی کی تعمیل کی شرح موجودہ 3 فیصد سے بڑھ کر 95 فیصد سے تجاوز کر جائے گی، جس سے بندرگاہوں سے فیکٹریوں تک براہِ راست کنٹینر منتقلی ممکن ہو گی۔*

*ڈیجیٹل انوائسنگ نظام کے تحت تمام کاروباروں کو پوائنٹ آف سیل پر آن لائن انوائس جاری کرنا ہوگی۔ آئندہ چند ماہ میں 20,000 کاروبار اس نظام کا حصہ بنیں گے۔ پہلے ہی مہینے میں 8,000 انوائسز جن کی مالیت 11.6 ارب روپے ہے، سسٹم میں پروسیس کی جا چکی ہیں۔ یہ نظام ٹیکس دہندگان کے لیے پورٹل اور مانیٹرنگ ڈیش بورڈ پر مشتمل ہے.*
