I’m battling an autoimmune disease. Pwede palang may pinagdadaanan ka… pero mas masaya ka ngayon kaysa dati. 🤔💭
Kasi:
1. you learn to stay away from people and situations that drain your energy 🙅🙅🏻♀️
2. you start seeing every little win, every little progress, and every little blessing 👏🏻
3. you try to take care of yourself more 🏃♀️
4. if the doctor says “mild” or “early stage,” it already feels like an answered prayer 💪🏻
5. totoo pala yung sobrang relaxed ka knowing your HMO helps cover the consultations and lab tests, your insurance plan is there in case things get serious (yes my sickness is in the list pero praise God, di pa ko critical stage 😊), and honestly… having 18 insurance policies for my kids makes me say, “at least di sila magiging kawawa” ☀️
6. you learn to use your time wisely and spend it with people who truly matter 👩🏻👦🏻👧🏻👨🏼👨🏻🧑🏻
7. your desire to make your life purposeful deepens ♥️
8. every morning you open your eyes feels like a blessing ✨
9. my relationship with God also deepens. Feeling ko, kayang-kaya namin ’to ni God. Parang mas hahaba pa nga, ang buhay ko. Mas worried pa ang mga tao sa paligid ko kaysa sa akin. 😍
✨Minsan talaga, it takes something scary to make you realize how beautiful ordinary life actually is.✨
Yung healthy ka. Nakakatawa ka with friends. Nakakakain ka peacefully. Nakakabangon ka. Nakakapaglakad ka. Nakakahinga ka without pain. Those are blessings pala, no?
We spend so much time chasing bigger things… nakakalimutan nating malaking blessing na pala yung buhay mismo.🥰

Before buying something impulsively, wait 48 hours first. If you still genuinely want it after two days, then maybe it’s worth it.
Ask mo na rin sarili mo: “How many hours do I need to work to pay for this?”
Because once you start thinking that way, you’ll realize something: a lot of emotional purchases don’t even feel worth it anymore.
A small pause can save you from a lot of unnecessary spending without making you feel restricted at all.

I think one of the biggest flexes in being a Manager is learning how to keep your own Medallion Status while slowly growing the number of awardees in your team too. And honestly, that’s not easy. 🤍

Nobody really teaches us to think this way.

but not realizing how many hours of pagod, commute, stress, and energy it takes to earn them.
So before buying something, try converting the price into work hours first.
