“SAYANG, SANA PALA...” binigyan kita ng chance kausapin ako.
“SAYANG, SANA PALA...” di ko pinigilan si mister na kumuha ng insurance.
“SAYANG, SANA PALA...” hindi kita inunfriend nung nangungulit ka.
“SAYANG, SANA PALA...” hindi kita sineen zone.
“SAYANG, SANA PALA...” di ko sinurrender yung plan ko.

Okay lang mareject, immune na ako don. Pero ang pinakamasakit ay marinig ang mga salitang ito dahil ibig sabihin non, ay hindi ko nagawa ang trabaho ko at naunahan na ako ng malubhang sakit, untimely death or aksidente. Kaya sa mga minamahal kong clients, please huwag po kayong magalit o mainis kapag nangungulit ako dahil ito ay para din sa inyo at sa pamilyang binubuhay niyo.

I advised my client to get an MRI (mortgage redemption insurance)

Isa ‘to sa mga ginawa ko for my client to have peace of mind WHILE paying for their 30-year condo payment

May 4.2M pesos siyang kailangan bayaran for the next 30 years, kaya ang binigay kong insurance to her is 4.2M pesos as well.

🚫 Paano kung walang MRI ang client ko and God suddenly calls her? What will happen?
— Her family will need to pay the remaining years of contract. Ang problema dito, paano kung walang means ang maiiwan niya? Sayang ang years of payments. Sayang ang property.

✅ Bakit magandang may MRI kung may binabayaran kang properties?
— Simple lang. MRI ang sasalo sa natitirang payments sa loan o sa bangko.

Generally, nire-require na rin ang insurance kapag kumukuha tayo ng mga hulugang properties.

Point is— WE all need life insurance. And while we keep on ignoring the need of it, the cost is getting ❗️HIGHER❗️

This morning, I met someone na talaga namang tumatak sa puso ko—isang mother of four, isang OFW, at ang nag-iisang breadwinner ng pamilya niya.

Her story? It’s all about sacrifices and big dreams.

𝐀 𝐌𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫’𝐬 𝐔𝐧𝐰𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐯𝐞

Separated from her husband, siya lang ang bumubuhay sa mga anak niya. Malayo sa pamilya, nagtitiis siya ng long hours sa trabaho sa ibang bansa.

Pero kahit ang dami niyang pinagdadaanan, she came to me with one clear goal: to build an educational fund for her kids.

At the end of our conversation, she made the decision to start.

Hindi lang ito financial commitment—it was a declaration of hope and love para sa mga anak niya.

Nagdasal kami together—dalawang taong hindi magkakilala pero pinagkaisa ng faith at ng isang pangarap para sa mas magandang kinabukasan.

Bago siya umalis, she thanked me and shared how excited she was. Sabi niya, hindi siya makapaghintay i-share ang journey na ito sa mga friends niya sa Hong Kong.

Her words reminded me bakit ko pinili ang career na ito: to provide not just plans, but hope, stability, and the tools to make dreams happen.

"PICK UP"

I remember my friend who chose to get his Brand New pickup & not minding my offer. 🙌

Since he's my close friend, I supported him. I was so proud of him watching him happy driving his brand new pickup! Besides, he told me "pag medyo makagaan-gaan na siya, kuha na siya ng Policy sa akin." 😊
