Guidelines on the Payment of Final Pay and Issuance of Certificate of Employment

EXTENSION ON SUBMISSION OF FORMS/NOTICES PURSUANT TO MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 28, SERIES OF 2020

Please be informed that the deadline for corporations, associations, partnerships, and individuals under the jurisdiction and supervision of Commission to comply with SEC Memorandum Circular No. 28, series of 2020 (ie. creation/designation of e-mail account addresses and mobile numbers for transactions with the Commission) has been extended, without penalty, until June 30, 2021.

You may file the forms/notices of the MC 28, s. 2020 online through email at [email protected].

Filing of the forms/notices beyond June 30, 2021 shall be considered as non-compliant and will be subject to penalty in the amount of P10,000.00.
