I used to overthink how to message people about insurance.
Ayokong maging βthat agentβ na biglang susulpot na may proposal agad.
So madalas, tahimik lang ako.
Hanggang na-realize ko βto:
People donβt avoid insurance because they donβt care. They avoid it because no one explains it without pressure.
Most insurance talks start in fearβhospital bills, emergencies, loss.
So when you reach out, hindi ka pumapasok sa neutral space.
Thatβs why value matters more than offers.
Not: βHi, may promo kami.β
But: βHereβs something you should knowβeven if you donβt buy from me.β
People donβt need reminders that life is uncertain. They need clarity.
What insurance really does.
What it doesnβt.
What you can decide later.
What you shouldnβt ignore.
No panic.
No guilt.
Just information they can breathe with.
Most people stay quiet not because they donβt care but because theyβre scared to sound ignorant.
So when you explain simply, patiently, and without pressure, youβre not selling.
Youβre giving them permission to think.
And when people feel safe to think around you, they come back ready.
